Different from the start, there are no lengthy Training Needs Analysis forms to be completed by students. You allocate the time each employee will have with us; we contact them and get an idea of what areas are to be covered. This can have as much or as little manager input as required.
We go through existing documents and techniques at the start of the session to establish in detail what would be useful for the employee to learn. With examples and instruction on copies of these documents, the employee learns techniques that will be directly relevant to his or her work and therefore instantly beneficial.
