About Tim Randall (MD): Tim has worked for many years in the City of
London at banks including Citibank, Paribas, Merrill Lynch, Lehman Brothers and
Deutsche Bank. He has worked in software companies dealing with SME's and has
run several SME's so understands the importance of well executed and relevant IT
